What are the protocols for COVID-19?
RiverTown Tours follow all CDC and Minnesota recommendations for outdoor activity during the COVID-19 pandemic. We limit our tours to 10 people maximum, 9 guests and 1 tour guide. We require all guests to maintain 6 ft social distancing and masks are highly encourage, but not required. We will continue to monitor the Governor’s recommendations and will make changes to keep our guests and staff healthy and safe.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for a full refund.
What is your weather policy?
All tours are outdoors. Please be weather ready. Tours will continue in light rain. Please dress appropriately and bring an umbrella if necessary.
Should there be inclement weather, we will contact guests (via email provided when signing up) 30 minute before the start of the tour.
Do children need their own ticket?
Yes, due to our current 9 person limit, all children must have a paid ticket.
Are tour guide gratuities included in the price?
Rivertown tour does not include gratuities in the cost of the tours. A standard gratuity for a tour guide is 15% to 20% of the tour price. If you had a great time, gratuities are accepted by our tour guides.
